BOB BODEN - Senior Vice President, Programming, Production & Development, Fox Reality Channel and Fox Cable Networks
Bob Boden’s career as a television management and production executive in multiple areas of programming spans two decades. Since launching Fox Reality Channel in May 2005, Boden has spearheaded the network’s development and programming of original series including “Solitary,” “American Idol Extra,” “Long Way Down,” “Rob and Amber: Against the Odds,” “The Academy,” and weekly reality recap series “Reality Binge,” along with the network’s annual “Fox Reality Channel Really Awards,” the only award show of its kind.

Prior to joining Fox Reality Channel, Boden served as Senior Vice President, Programming, GSN (Game Show Network), where he was the executive in charge of over 500 hours of programming, including game shows, reality programs, video games, and relationship shows. The GSN documentary, “Big Bucks: The Press Your Luck Scandal,” one of Boden’s original concepts, stands as the network’s highest-rated telecast.

Before working at GSN, Boden served as Senior Vice President, Production and Development for Dick Clark Productions, Inc., where he executive produced and co-created the FOX primetime show, “Greed,” and two prime-time FOX specials. Boden served as supervising producer on the nationally syndicated “Family Feud,”and co-executive produced the prime-time cable variety series “Penn and Teller’s Sin City Spectacular.”

Once Vice President, Development and Production at FX, Boden developed comedy, variety, reality, lifestyle, and celebrity interview television programming for all dayparts. He also supervised all live and taped production from the network's “New York Apartment,” including the Emmy-award winning show, “Pet Department.”

Prior to 1997, Boden was Vice President, Daytime Programs for the Fox Family Channel, where he was responsible for numerous daily series. He has also worked as a producer, executive, and consultant for television companies including ABC, CBS, PBS, Buena Vista, Endemol USA, TV Guide Channel, AMC, Fox Family Channel, Nickelodeon, FremantleMedia, Univision, Telepictures Productions, Paramount Television, Studios USA, Stone Stanley Productions, Nash Entertainment, Vin di Bona Productions, Columbia Pictures Television, Mark Goodson Productions, MCA Television, Fox Television Studios, and Twentieth Television.

Boden served on the Board of Governors of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for eight years, and served on the Executive Committee in 2004. For five years, he also presided over the Daytime Emmy Awards Committee.

Boden, a New York native, holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA and lives in the San Fernando Valley with his wife and two daughters.

Todd Christopher is the Head of the Alternative Packaging Division at The Gersh Agency. He began his career in the William Morris mailroom after graduating Princeton University. His first several years as an agent were spent packaging scripted content exclusively, although the majority of his focus now lies within the unscripted, marketing and branding realms. Among the clients Todd represents are Drew Carey, Joel McHale, Kirstie Alley, Ken Jeong, country star Sara Evans, Executive Producer KP Anderson, Executive Producer Robyn Nash and professional golfer Anna Rawson.

KIMBERLY CARVER - HEAD of the Alternative/Non-Scripted Division at INNOVATIVE ARTISTS AGENCY
Kimberly Carver has over 15 years of experience in television. She joined Innovative Artists in 1998, and is currently the head of Alternative Television. Her clients include producers, writers, production companies and talent in both non-scripted and scripted television. Her diverse roster of clients includes the executive producer/creator of “Suite Life of Zack & Cody” to the executive producer/creator of Dr. 90210. Her clients work on Emmy Award-nominated shows, including: The Amazing Race, Top Chef, Penn & Teller’s Bullshit, The Biggest Loser, Housewives of NY and Atlanta, Hell’s Kitchen, and Celebrity Apprentice.

She recently brokered a television talk show for Valerie Bertinelli, a non-scripted series for Ed Begley Jr, “Living with Ed” for Planet Green and a scripted television series with JJ Abrams for Warner Bros.

Prior to Innovative, Kimberly worked at CAA in the television new media division as an agent trainee.
